Your customer data, your proprietary code, and your institutional knowledge never train someone else's model. Full stop.

Most AI providers retain data for model improvement unless you explicitly opt out, and the guarantees vary by provider. In banking, this is not a configuration option. It is a regulatory requirement. Every LLM call through our platform enforces Zero Data Retention at the gateway level. Your data is processed and discarded. Never stored, never sampled, never used for training. This is not a feature. It is a prerequisite.

Mechanical trust over probabilistic promises.

Telling an AI model to 'please don't do bad things' is not a security strategy. Asking it to calculate interest rates is not a financial strategy. Typed schemas, deterministic engines, and permission boundaries are.

Prompt engineering is useful for shaping behaviour, but it is fundamentally probabilistic. A well-crafted system prompt reduces the likelihood of misuse. It does not eliminate it. A model that is 99.8% accurate at interest calculations will produce errors that compound silently across thousands of accounts. In regulated environments, "usually works" is not acceptable. We enforce boundaries mechanically.

For security

  • Every tool call is validated against a typed schema
  • Every permission is checked against a JWT-based access model
  • Every piece of PII is filtered before the agent ever sees it
  • If a tool is not registered, it does not exist

For financial data

  • Every balance assertion, accrual figure, and projected schedule is sourced from a real simulation engine
  • The agent is explicitly forbidden from calculating financial values itself
  • It reads deterministic output and uses it verbatim
  • This is enforced through tool call architecture, not prompt instructions

AI should be auditable by default, not by request.

Every AI action, every model call, every agent decision is logged in a complete, structured audit trail. Prevention is only one side of the equation. You also need detection and response. Our platform gives you all three.

Generic AI tools produce generic results. They can write code and summarise documents, but they cannot tell you that a posting instruction pattern will cause reconciliation failures in a specific core banking platform. They cannot flag that a product configuration will breach regulatory capital requirements. This is the knowledge we have spent years building.
